Abstract Submission Information Print E-mail

Instruction for abstract submission

Please submit your abstract via E-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please also indicate the following information in your e-mail:

  • Name and affiliation of presenting author
  • Contact information of presenting author (street address, phone, fax and E-mail address)
  • Title of abstract
  • Keywords of research
  • Type of presentation (oral vs poster vs no preference)

     

Instruction for abstract preparation

1.  Use Microsoft Word file only
2.  A sample template is available in many format, just click one of them [ Word 2007 ] [ Word 97-2003 ] [ PDF ] [ RTF ]
3.  All abstract must be written in English
4.  Abstract should not exceed 400 words including title, author’s name, author’s affiliation and abstract body


Title of abstract should be centered over the main body in UPPER CASE. The font is Times News Roman 12 point in bold capital letters. Abbreviation must not be used in the title

Author name should be in 10 point bold font with the name of the presenting author underlined. The name of each author must include the first given name, followed by the last name.  No titles (MS, PhD, PharmD, etc) should be added

Author affiliation should be in 10 point font.  Indicate institutional affiliation, followed by city and country.  If authors are from different institutions, please use number typed in superscript for each institution and author accordingly

Body of text should be single spacing and Times News Roman 10 point should be use.  Type in lower case letters. The text must be a single paragraph.


Organization of abstract body:

  1. Background
  2. Objective
  3. Method
  4. Result
  5. Conclusion

The result should be completed; works in progress are not acceptable.
