Guidance for Plenary Presentation

All plenary presenters should transfer their presentation to the computer at the transfer data desk during registration time.  It will then be loaded onto the laptop to be used in the session.  Representatives will be available to help with the process.

Please refer to the scientific program for the schedule of each plenary presentation.

Guidance for Oral Presentation

A transfer data desk will be available during registration time.  All presenters should copy their presentation to the computer on the transfer data desk so that it can be loaded onto the laptop to be used in the session.  Representatives will be available to help with the process.

Oral Presentation will be strictly kept to 7 minutes duration, followed by up to 3 minutes questions time.  Time will be called if presentations exceed these time limits.

Guidance for Poster Presentation

Poster dimension should not exceed 100 cm x 120 cm (width x length)

Posters for poster session are to be mounted on display boards Tuesday afternoon and removed by 13.00 on Friday 4th July 2008 at the latest.

Double tapes will be available in the poster room. Please see our representative at the poster room if you required assistance.

The poster display sessions are Thursday 16.30 – 17.00. Presenters must be available for discussion of their posters at these times.
